Solution: We standardized their fleet to just one HP mono and one HP color printer, all enrolled in our Managed Print Program covering service, toner, and parts. This streamlined operations for their MSP with a universal print driver and simplified firmware updates.
Result: Through our rental program, the customer now uses only two printer models, sharing the same toner, drivers, and firmware—saving time and money.
