Together, we were able to revolutionize their print environment by replacing all equipment with new devices on our simple rental model. A significant aspect of TPUSA's business is dedicated to supporting the existing devices owned by our valued customers. IT ArchiTeks introduced us to a national client who owned all of their devices. By working together, we were able to retain the customer's assets, provide exceptional service and supplies, relieve the customer (and IT ArchiTeks) of print support responsibilities, and ultimately save the client money while safeguarding their assets.
