The Challenge: The customer has 12 locations across the US, and they had large A3 leased copiers at every site. The customer felt they were oversized and oversold at some of their locations and the previous company was only offering a like for like lease replacement quote.

The Solution: We got the customer out of leasing devices and moved them to our simple rental model.  Additionally, we right sized them per location, and they will now get one invoice monthly for all devices/sites. In the end this customer ended up taking (6) full size copiers and (6) desktop devices for their lower volume sites making sure they were properly sized. 

The Result: The customer is confident they have the right equipment at the right places. By asking a few simple questions we were able to save the client thousands of dollars, and they are now serviced by one company with no outsourcing.  That is a big deal!
