The Challenge: The customer has 30 locations in the Southeast region with different lease end dates per site. All of the equipment is outdated and starting to run into major service issues that the current company cannot fix due to parts not being available. Unfortunately for this customer there is not much they can do as they are in a long-term lease with their only option being to sign a new lease to get their current outdated devices replaced.

The Solution: We replaced the first two devices that came end of lease with our 5-year rental program contract. The plan moving forward is as the other sites come to the end of their lease, they will add the sites location by location with our locked in pricing from our rental agreement until all 30 sites are refreshed.  

The Result: The customer will have all 30 sites on one invoice per month broken down with a detailed spreadsheet per device, per location. They also will have a conterminous contract all ending on the same date to avoid each site having a different end date. On top of all these benefits they also have a lifetime warranty per device that stays under service contract with us so if a machine ever becomes discontinued or continuously breaks down, TotalPrint USA is responsible to replace that device with a like or better model with no change in cost.
