My name is Brian Harris, I am the director of TPUSA. Before becoming a “print guy” close to 20 years ago, I sold I.T. solutions that ranged from technical services to a variety of hardware and software products. When I started in sales, my pricing came from a Tech Data catalogue…
With my understanding of print and IT, I saw an opportunity to create a program that gives you a true print partner. You can trust when we engage with your client, we know we are a reflection of your organization, and regardless of the deal size, we treat them all the same, with white glove service.
I know what customers want and we deliver. We keep it simple, and we keep you as involved as you want to be throughout the entire process. When you entrust us with your client, they remain YOUR client, and we make sure they are taken care of.
Fast forward to today, we recently signed our 100th MSP, and my team and I could not be more grateful. We have MSP’s reach out to us every day, and it is because those printers and copiers can no longer be ignored.
With a national service footprint, we can easily add a small customer with one device, or one with a national footprint. You can rest easy that when we engage, our team is engaged, and we do not pass you or your client off to a service department.
